• Each rotary head is powered by an independent high-speed motor, ensuring steady rotation, low noise, and minimal speed difference. The Max. rotary head speed reaches an impressive 24000 rpm, twice as fast as the previous design.


• Rollers are driven by a stepper motor for smoother rotation, reduced noise, and lower breakage rates.


• The high-speed spindle is now more stable and reliable, reaching a maximum speed of 10000 rpm, over two times faster than before.


• Lifting movement is controlled by a stepper motor with a precise planetary reducer, ensuring stable winding, reliable operation, and easier unwinding.


• All rotary heads, rollers, and spindles offer continuously variable rotation, allowing for convenient craft adjustments, automatic shutdown, and easier doffing when bobbins are full.


• With independent motor control, craft adjustments are quick and easy by simply changing parameters on the touch screen, eliminating the need to adjust belt pulleys.


• Spindle distance has been reduced to 160mm from 200mm, saving space and increasing plant utilization.
