use full body casting T600 material, it is more stable and stronger in high speed to ache ive less burr and less shaft run-out

Slitter lift device  use specical gear bar and copper gear  use steel bar and steel gear, strength is much lower than copper gear, heavy duty machine must use copper
Scrap winder baller type and suspension type, Baller type easy winding even edge broken down, it can works well without stop line. Suspension type save space, also far away from operator working area, safe for their working use chain type, week body and  need operator remove edge coil out by hands, scrape are sharp, easy to get hurt
Tensioner  use heavy frame with first support lift, press arm lift, another two are separate shaft, four roller together easy for feeding, for wider line(width above 1600mm) we use 3 sets of hydro cylinder to give heavier strength and average pressure use weak frame, feeding take long time due to less roller sets, operator have to stand in the loop bridge to feeding multi-strips by hands, dangers

Recoiler  use 6 grade gear box ratio, have bigger start power and good protect the gearbox working life, gears through Gear grinding, gear hobbing, nitriding, working smooth and low  noise use 3 or 4 grade gear, need very higher motor drive, also has weak power, gear only through grinding, no other good heat treatment, big working noise
