·Durable and non-deformed machine base:Use thick steel to weld together as a whole to tempering more than 4 hours twice to make sure that the machine can be used in long term without deformation.
·Quick positioning:All the positioning keyways and bolt holes are processed by CNC machines, with high accuracy.
·Screw protection: Using bronze adjusting nut to protect screw,absorb shock as its self-repairing characteristic.

ROLLER QUICK CHANGE SYSTEM
·When changing the pipe size to another one, the middle stands with universal coupling system movebackward and release automatically from the upper and lower horizontal shafts, which is driven by motor orhydraulic system.
·For small and middle model machines, lift the whole platform with horizontal & vertical stands and rollers away from the machine base, then lift another same platform with the required pipe roller installed off-line to the machine base, the middle stands with universal coupling system move forward and automatically combine the upper and lower horizontal shafts, which is driven by motor or hydraulic system.
·For big model machines, the upper covers of horizontal stands are designed openable from side, to lift out the shafts with rollers and then, lift in those shafts with require rollers installed off-line. Then the opened cover is closed and the middle stands with universal coupling system move forward and automatically combine the upper and lower horizontal shafts, which is driven by motor or hydraulic system.
COLD FLYING SAW
·Use HSS or TCT saw blade to cut.
·It runs stably with high precision as ±1.5mm for length.
·Cutting noise is lower and cutting method is safer than friction saw, not hurting people even the saw blade is broken during the production.
·Cutting end is smooth without burr, which can save the process of end-facing, especially for the square and rectangular pipes which are not suitable for end-facing.

When can I get my machine after I paid?
Normally production time is around 60~90days, the exactly depend on what kind of machine you order. The shipping time is based on your destination port.
When can i get engineers from you?
When you finish the Preparation conditions(water resource, electricity, air supply, production materials)contact with our sales people we will dispatch engineer to install the machine for you ,and train your employees to use the machine well. Normally when your preparation is done, you can contact with our sales people and cooperate us to get the visa for the engineer and our engineer will be there within 15 days.
How long time for installation?
According your machines order, we will send one or two engineers to your plant, it will take about 10 days to 25 days.
How about the spare parts?
We will send one year enough easy broken spare parts together with the machines, shipping together.
